Preparation of the apples:
Wash, peel (optional), remove the core and cut into thin slices or cubes.
Batter:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Add the milk and mix well.
Dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Gradually add to the liquid mixture, stirring until a smooth batter is obtained.
Assembly:
Add the apples to the batter and mix gently.
