Every Christmas I MAKE 2 buckets of these balls and my guests go crazy wanting the recipe.

Make the dough:

In a saucepan, mix the milk, sugar and salt until the sugar dissolves.
Add the butter and heat over medium heat until it melts. Turn off as soon as it starts to boil.
Add the wheat flour and mix vigorously until a smooth yellow paste forms.
Mix until the dough is smooth and without lumps.
Add the eggs:
Place the cake in a bowl and spread it out to cool slightly.
Beat the egg and add half of the dough, mix well until smooth. Add the remaining eggs and mix until smooth.
Shape and bake the balls:
Place the dough in a pastry bag and form small balls on a baking sheet.
Wet your fingers with water to soften the edges of the balls.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for a further 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Serve and enjoy:
These balls are delicious on their own, but even more delicious dipped in Nutella.
Try this recipe that everyone will love – perfect for Christmas or any other special occasion!
