First, prepare the chickpeas. We beat them before beating them in Pangrattato. You can refrigerate the oil, as I did, if you prefer a healthier option.
Prepare the sugo di pomodoro fritto in a pan. If you don’t have fried potatoes, as in my case, you can season the potato schiacciato with garlic bacon, olive oil, saltpeter and basil. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for a minute each.
