Gently arrange the sliced peaches, strawberries, and cherries in the pitcher. Lightly muddle some of the fruit to release the excess juice.
Let it infuse
Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight for a more intense flavor).
Serve and enjoy
Just before serving, add ice and a splash of sparkling water (if using) for a fizzy finish.
Pour into glasses, making sure each glass contains plenty of fruit. Garnish with fresh mint.
Variations
Rosé Sangria: Substitute white wine with a dry rosé.
Add berries: Add blueberries or blackberries.
Tropical twist: Use pineapple juice instead of orange juice and add chunks of pineapple.
Non-alcoholic version: Substitute the wine with white grape juice and omit the schnapps.
A touch of citrus: Add slices of orange, lemon, or lime for an extra zest.
