Take food bags or baking sheets.
Place the pieces of meat in a bag, removing as much air as possible.
For safety reasons, place the first bag inside a second one and remove the air again. Tie tightly.
Cooking
Place the bags in a pot, cover with water and put on the stove.
When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 hours.
Cooling
Once the bacon is cooked, leave it in the water until it has completely cooled.
Storage
Remove the meat from the bags, wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
