Ingredients
For the dough
-2 eggs
-10 grams of vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence)
-100 grams of sugar
-50 ml of sunflower oil
-50 grams of butter
-340 grams of flour
-10 grams of baking powder
For the cream:
-200 grams of peaches in syrup
-400 ml of milk
-10 grams of vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence)
-1 egg yolk
-3 tablespoons of sugar
-4 tablespoons
of cornstarch -200 ml of cream
– almond slices (for decoration)
