Crispy Bacon Like Never Before

  • 1 lb thick-cut bacon (or regular, if preferred)

  • Optional:

    • Wire rack + baking sheet (for  oven method)

    • Aluminum foil + paper towels (for microwave method)

Method 1: Oven-Baked Bacon (The Classic)

1. Preheat

  • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.

  • Place a wire rack on top to elevate the bacon and let fat drip away.

2. Arrange

  • Lay bacon strips side by side on the rack—no overlapping.

  • Leave space between strips for even cooking.

3. Bake

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on thickness and desired crispiness.

  • Watch closely during the last few minutes to avoid burning.

4. Cool & Serve
