Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare a loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cultured cottage cheese and powdered egg whites.

Gradually add the water to the mixture, stirring continuously until well combined and smooth.
3. Bake the Bread:

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
4. Cool and Serve:

Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
