How to Make Ginger Water

 

Ingredients:

  • Fresh ginger root

  • Water

  • (Optional) Lemon juice or honey for flavor

Steps:

  1. Peel and slice fresh ginger root.

  2. Boil the slices in water for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Strain the liquid and let it cool.

  4. Optionally, add lemon juice or honey.
