Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Bisquick Muffins

  1. In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork or whisk.
  2. Add the shredded cheese Bisquick baking mix , and the cooked sausage to the beaten eggs. Stir everything together until well combined.

Step 4: Fill the Muffin Cups ✋

  1. Divide the mixture evenly among the 12 muffin cups , filling each about ¾ full . Use a spoon or ice cream scoop for even distribution.

Step 5: Bake ⏳

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes , or until the muffins are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
