These cheeseburger puff pastry pockets didn’t even last 10 minutes
Preparation:
1. First, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the ground meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Let the mixture cool slightly.

2. Now unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 8 equal rectangles. Place a little of the meat mixture onto each piece of pastry and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Fold the rectangles into pockets or triangles and press the edges firmly to seal. Brush with the beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for about 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.
