APPLE OMELETTE: Prepared in a pan in 5 minutes.

 

Preparation:

1. Peel the apples, slice them thinly, and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk and sifted flour. Mix well.

3. Add the apples and raisins to the mixture, also adding the cinnamon.

4. Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan and pour into the mixture. Cook over low heat with a lid for about 5 minutes.

5. Flip the omelet with the help of a plate and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

6. Serve warm or cold, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
