
You only need two ingredients:
- 1–2 tablespoons of whole cloves
- 1 pot of boiling water
Steps:
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add the cloves.
- Turn off the heat and let the aroma release.
- If steaming your face, lean over the pot at a safe distance and cover your head with a towel.
- Inhale gently for 5–10 minutes.
- Always keep your face far enough to avoid burns.
