✅ 50 g of butter

Preparation method:
1️⃣ Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
2️⃣ Add the oil and buttermilk and mix.
3️⃣ Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt – mix briefly until everything is combined.
4️⃣ Finally, add the chopped nuts and gently mix with a spoon.
5️⃣ Pour into a cake tin lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 45 to 50 minutes (until a skewer inserted comes out clean).
6️⃣ Icing: Melt the butter with the milk and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Pour over the slightly cooled cake and sprinkle with nuts.
