of Meringue Cake and milk candies with peach

For the preparation we will use a blender or do it manually, we will put and beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
If we do it in the mixer, we will beat for about 15 minutes until we obtain a soft and double-sized mixture.
If we do it manually, we will also beat for 15 minutes or more until we obtain a very soft and voluminous mixture.
Then gradually incorporate the flour and integrate it with folding movements.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
