3️⃣ Sear the Shrimp
Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until they turn pink and lightly golden.
Remove them from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
4️⃣ Sauté the Garlic
In the same skillet (without cleaning it, to retain the flavorful bits), add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes.
Sauté for 30 to 60 seconds, just long enough to release the aromas without burning the garlic.
5️⃣ Assemble the Sauce
Return the shrimp to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, lemon juice, the remaining tablespoon of butter, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
