Put raw ground pork in a slow cooker with these 4 ingredients. It’s out-of-this-world.

2 pounds raw ground pork

½ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup brown sugar (packed)

6–8 cloves garlic, minced

That’s it.

No oil.
No water.
No seasoning blends.

Instructions

Add the ground pork directly to the slow cooker.
No need to break it up yet.

Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the pork.

Pour the soy sauce over everything.

Sprinkle the brown sugar on top.

Cover and cook:

LOW for 6–8 hours, or

HIGH for 3–4 hours

About halfway through cooking, break up the pork with a spoon and stir everything together.

Once fully cooked, stir well to distribute the sauce. Taste and adjust if needed.

That’s it. The pork should be tender, glossy, and intensely flavorful.
