For the dough:
200 ml warm milk
300 g bread flour
200 g cake flour
1 egg
80 g sunflower oil
Grated lemon zest
100 g sugar
1 cube fresh brewer’s yeast
1 vanilla
Half a teaspoon of salt
For the filling:
2 or 3 apples
cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon apricot jam
For the decoration:
1 egg yolk + a little milk
Granulated sugar
