Tasty Creole Jambalaya

 

1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients
Cut the chicken into pieces, slice the sausages, and finely chop the onion, garlic, bell peppers, and celery.

2️⃣ Brown the meats
In a large pot, heat the olive oil. Brown the chicken until golden, then remove it.
Add the sausages and brown them lightly. Set aside with the chicken.

3️⃣ Cook the vegetables
In the same pot, sautΓ© the onion, garlic, bell peppers, and celery for 5 minutes until softened.
