Inflammation is a consequence of modern life, with an acidifying diet that generates free radicals, near-constant stress, and an environment rife with aggressions, such as electromagnetic waves that increasingly permeate our homes and cities, to the point that some people cannot remain in their own homes. “We are all electrosensitive,” say many professors who warn the authorities about this ever-increasing electromagnetic fog, but the authorities remain deaf to their warnings. Tinnitus is one of the first symptoms of intolerance to electromagnetic pollution.
It is clear that inflammation in the body also affects microcirculation in our brain and leads to a congestion of the circulatory system. Microcirculation includes both the blood and lymphatic systems, the latter being responsible for removing waste.
Plants and natural remedies:
A number of plants can help you get rid of inflammation hindering cerebral circulation:
1. The ginkgo biloba
It’s a cerebral anti-inflammatory, a powerful cerebral antioxidant, and it promotes better cerebral circulation. You can choose it in capsule form, or as a tincture; in the latter case, take about 20 to 30 drops three times a day.
2. The lesser periwinkle
Vinca minor, a common perennial plant found in woodlands, improves oxygenation and cerebral circulation, protects blood vessels and capillaries, and helps rebuild damaged microcirculation. You can make a decoction of the leaves or take it as a tincture. Vinpocetine capsules, containing an alkaloid found in lesser periwinkle, are also available.
3. Magnesium
It is anti-infectious and anti-inflammatory, and it is one of the minerals that we are most deficient in, yet it is essential for our proper metabolic balance.
It’s important to choose it carefully, as many pharmaceutical preparations contain additives that counteract the beneficial effects of magnesium, such as aspartame or sucrose, colorings, etc. The simplest to take is magnesium chloride, on which Dr. Valnet has written extensively. A 21-day course of treatment can be followed by a one-week break, then resuming.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a liter of water and drink half a glass in the morning initially. Later, you can drink a full glass if you tolerate it well. Too high a dose may cause diarrhea; in this case, simply reduce the dosage, take some superfine green clay, and then resume the treatment.
