4 chicken breasts (approximately 600โ€“700 g total)

3โ€“4 cloves of garlic

200 ml of cooking cream (or fresh cream)

50 ml of chicken broth (or hot water + bouillon cube)

50 g of grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but recommended)

1 tablespoon of flour (optional, for coating the chicken)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 knob of butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
