Is it harmful to eat eggs every day?
In short: not usually.

Older dietary guidelines advised against consuming too many eggs due to their cholesterol content (about 186 mg per large egg, mostly in the yolk). However, more recent studies show that, for most people, dietary cholesterol does not significantly impact blood cholesterol levels.

In fact, healthy individuals can generally consume one or two eggs a day without increasing their risk of heart disease. The exception is for people with genetic conditions like familial hypercholesterolemia or those for whom a strict low-cholesterol diet is recommended by their doctor.
